Crisis Managers and Analysts support the Director in developing a gripping, engaging, and interactive storyline for their assigned committee. At the Director’s discretion, Managers and Analysts will support the development of key plot materials (crisis updates, skits, etc.) and integrate the evolving storyline with contributions from delegates via crisis notes and public directives. 

Before the conference, they will develop introductory materials with the Director and be expected to read and understand the committee Background Guide. On the day of the conference, Analysts will work collaboratively with their Director and peers to receive and respond to delegate directives while innovating upon the live storyline. Crisis Managers are expected to be more familiar with the committee content in comparison to Crisis Analysts.
